ICA has negotiated an exclusive ASCEND rate for our attendees over the dates of July 19-22, 2026:

$199/per night (plus applicable taxes)
Waived - $32/per night Destination Fee (please note that this fee will display when reserving your room, but will be credited when you are onsite at the hotel)

This exclusive rate is available two days before and after the ASCEND Conference on a space available basis. This room block is limited and not guaranteed to all attendees. We encourage you to book early.

Check in/out: Check-in begins at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated based on availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a fee of one night’s room and tax. 

TRAVELING TO SAVANNAH

Travel by Air: If you are traveling by air, you will want to fly in the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport (SAV). 

Transportation from SAV to The Perry Lane Hotel:   The host hotel for the ASCEND Conference is 17 miles from the SAV airport (approximately 20 minutes).  

Driving Directions

Parking:  Valet parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate of $50/per day (regularly $55-$60/per day)
