Interested applicants must meet the following criteria in order to submit a scholarship application.

• The applicant must be from an ICA active member company and that company must be a member for at least one (1) year.
• The applicant must be gainfully employed by the member company.
• The applicant must have attended an ICA webinar.

Two scholarships will be awarded:

• 1 scholarship to a recipient who is from a member company where the total annual sales volume is less than $1,000,000.
• 1 scholarship to a recipient who is from a member company where the total annual sales volume is over $1,000,000.

Accepted scholarship winners will receive the following:

• One (1) complimentary registration to the 2025 ICA Workshop at A Fare Extraordinaire ($550.00 value)
• One night lodging, booked by ICA, for the evening of January 14, 2025 ($300.00 value)
• Receive up to $500.00 to cover necessary expenses for travel (e.g. coach airfare/train/taxi, etc.) with receipts provided to ICA Headquarters.

Items to prepare before applying for the Professional Development Scholarship:

• Your short bio (100 words or less)
• Company logo (Format Needed: High-Res PNG or EPS under 25 MB)
• Professional Goals (Essay): Please provide a professional goals short essay and why attending the ICA workshop will help you achieve those goals. (200 words or less)
  
• ICA Aspirations (Essay) What aspirational goals do you have and how do you plan to become more involved with the ICA. (200 words or less)

The 2025 ICA Workshop Professional Development Scholarship to A Fare Extraordinaire are non-transferrable. Use of the scholarship promotional code is only valid for the awarded scholarship recipient and should not be shared with any other individual. Should the promotional code be shared, ICA has full discretion to revoke the awarded scholarship. Eligibility for future years scholarships is at the discretion of ICA.  

ICA is responsible to uphold the cost of your hotel room. If you accept the scholarship and do not attend the ICA workshop without cancellation, you may be ineligible to receive a scholarship in the future. If there is an unforeseen circumstance/emergency that you would like to be considered for an exception to this ineligibility, please advise ICA as soon as possible.
